Between the microphone and the stage.
Ali Askari has worked as a presenter, narrator, voice actor, writer, assistant director, production manager and project executive. His radio and television work sits alongside a parallel career in industry and executive management.
He holds a degree in chemical engineering and trained in filmmaking, advanced acting and creative acting at the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, the Ava Film School and ARTE France.
A second track: industry.
Alongside the artistic work, Askari has held executive and entrepreneurial roles in chemical industries, trade and media ventures.
The two tracks meet in practice: the cultural division of Barad Paint was among the supporters of the stage production Walking with a Horse.
